A hit! I roasted my pumpkin rather than pan fried as I just didn't see how 3mins of frying on either side was going to cook raw pumpkin through. Also I halved the honey in the dressing, and as I didn't have allspice I just used some rogue amounts of clove and nutmeg. I also let my red onion sit in the dressing for about 20 minutes so it went sort of soft and absorbed the flavours. Im not sure if I'd do this again. I also added some feta.
I'd make again but I would make the following changes: include a grain like quinoa if eating as a main and add more pumpkin.
