I made fresh lasagna sheets and rolled them up which I found much easier than trying to fill the tubes. Will definitely try the piping bag method though . Kids didn't love it but I knew it was going to be a hit or miss when I decided to do it. I doubled the recipe and made two as I had people staying with us but it made so much that I haven't even touched the second so I will freeze it. I had to add two extra eggs to make the filling workable because of doubling the recipe. Will definitely add more herbs next time maybe even a bit of chilli flakes
