So incredibly easy, hardest part is shaping the gnocchi but just dump flour on your hands if it gets annoyingly sticky. I roll them into little pearls, and freeze half for later on a tray (transfer to ziplock once frozen). Sometimes I chop up mozzarella and roll the gnocchi around them so they’re stuffed
