I don't follow directions well. I only put some lemon juice on the apple to keep it fresh and then added a pinch of pink Himalayan salt I'm not a fan of vinegar dressing so I opted for the flavors I know I enjoy. I prepared the salad as follows:
1 apple peeled and diced. (Finer next time)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Mix together.
4 oz of finely cubed munster cheese
¼ cup black olives sliced
¼ cup dried cranberries.
Sever over a bed of lettuce or toss together.
