Super easy and very tasty. I made the rice the Spanish way, with lots of garlic and vegetable broth for a stronger flavour. I added chia seeds to the rice to compensate for egg later and used coconut oil instead of butter, effectively veganising the recipe. It rescued an old broccoli I had in the fridge. It was so good after frying the broccoli that I decided to just fry it with the rice, adding the sweet corn liquid for extra flavour (and no oven). So... basically I didn't follow the recipe much ๐
