Instead of 3 oz can of tomato sauce, I used
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
1 14oz can of stewed Italian tomatoes
1 14oz can of diced garlic tomatoes
4 clovers of garlic
Recommend
1 tablespoon of honey instead ff brown sugar
Add 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
Season the meat well and brown well for more flavor
I didn't add rice though
