I used Simple Truth organic peanut butter (peanuts & salt only like the recipe says) and it’s the kind you have to stir. I didn’t bake them as long as I probably should have so they were chewy not crispy which I prefer anyways. These cookies came out good and were not too sweet especially since I used dark chocolate as directed. I substituted coconut sugar for the brown sugar, and I don’t think it altered the texture much.
