Really nice kebabs. They were tangy and saucy. I was fortunate to have checked the recipe before I started cooking; it says it takes 28 minutes to cook, but that doesn't take into account the 4 hours of marinating you are supposed to do before.

Yeah, the longer you marinate the better. Sometimes I make it the night before but even if you only have as little as 30 minutes, it’s still quite delicious!
