It is a very plain salad. My lemon was on a bitter side and with nothing having much flavour it just overpowered it. Nothing has much of a texture either. But it's fairly easy, cheap and makes plenty.. but definitely more for sustenance rather than pleasure of eating. Could add chickpeas or tomatoes or peppers or broccoli or anything to make it more interesting.
