There's a reason the word "dragon" is in the name! Use less chili garlic sauce if you prefer a milder heat. Also, a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter (any style) is delicious and means you needn't fiddle with chopped peanuts. Add it with the sauce and stir to help it melt.
