I only used 1 leek and added a few chopped carrots and 1 tsp minced garlc. Salt and pepper veggies when sauteeing and add a sprinkle of paprika and dried parsley. I happened to have 3 leftover pieces of bacon I chopped up and added too. I substituted dried rosemary instead of sage (still 1/4 tsp) and added 1 bay leaf. I used 1 32 oz box of chicken stock, so only 1.5 cups of water. I used 1 can of Costco chicken instead of rotisserie.
