Oh my goodness! This one is definitely a winner in my book. I used half of the white sugar and half of the cornstarch. I added extra apples (mixture of honey crisp and granny smith) and extra cinnamon to the liquid mixture that gets poured over the apples. Everyone loved it and it's going to become one of our traditional Christmas desserts. Seriously, this beats any kind of pie (for me). Enjoy!
