OMG! I made the same day focaccia last weekend which was incredible. I was dreaming about this one all week. I used AP flour last week but got bread flour for this one. The bread was light and moist, crispy on top and just AMAZING! I like the tomatoes on top, it adds moisture I think. Can't wait to make again. It's so little hands on time even though it's an overnight recipe.
