There's no instructions here but the YouTube video was great. I would highly recommend to cook your vegetables after the meatballs are done, 8 minutes is a bit too much for the veggies to not turn mushy. It's a great fast meal, spend the extra time to make it awesome.

Funny. I look at the ingredients list and it look like an hour prep. It's called an 8 minute meal. Then you repeat 8 minutes and then say spend the extra time. Lol.
