Was surprised how much we liked this (its simplicity belies a LOT of flavor!). We doubled the sauce as another person suggested. It was the perfect amount of spicy for me, and my husband just added on his own dry hot spice to get to his taste point.
We did it over short grain brown rice. Definitely will be putting this in heavy rotation, easiest recipe i've made in a while. Brief enough you won't need to look at the recipe to whip it up again.
