Really delicious and great if you like a cheesy crust on top. Husband said it was a keeper. Be sure to taste the cheese/noodle mix before adding the eggs to see if you need any extra seasoning - I did and added a bit more at that time. I also reserved about a cup of the chicken broth/pasta water and added that in as well with the cheese and it helped keep it moist and cheesy. We’re hoping it reheats well and will make again.
