Everything looked like it was going to turn out great. Id make it again and do half onion cause the onion flavor is over the top. Id also either not add water or also halve it as it was runnier than id prefer but i think thats just a personal preference. I only thumb down cause of the onions are crunch and the onion taste is to much for me. Chicken was moist though, kid friendly id say not so much unless your kid loves onions. Mine pushed passed the mushrooms(i diced em up good instead of adding them as slices like id prefer) just as i thped this up my son said its gross to much onion.
