Ok, first off, don't bother making the pan sauce. My old man and I are thankful we tasted it before putting our pork chops in it, and that was just plain nasty. There was no way to save it, and we did try. The pork chops themselves came out perfectly done, tender and juicy. I do feel that they need more seasoning, but that's easily remedied.
