To the cheese sauce, I added some onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, a touch of creole seasoning.
I also seasoned the breadcrumbs.
Did not use olive oil or Parmesan and I liked how it came out.
Might add a pinch of cayenne next time.
(I am heavy handed on the breadcrumbs I live for breadcrumbs in my mac and cheese)
