It takes a lot of dishes and time, but it’s so tasty! This is the second time we’ve made it, I’d definitely recommend it! We made extra curry potatoes and ended up eating most of them while the rest baked - yum! 😋 I’d love to make this for guests sometime. Best to let the shepherds pie set a bit before eating so the filling doesn’t collapse in when you scoop it out.
