This was an easy recipe to make. There was one bowl for the dry, and another for the wet ingredients, then you combine together.
I used digital scales where you can re set the weight back to nothing, after adding an ingredient into, it, which was so nice and easier to weigh everything in one bowl. They were so nice and chocolatey, with melted choc chips in the middle.
I ate one straight from the oven, where it was still hot, and the choc chips were melted. I don't know if they stayed melted after cooling as I haven't had a cool one yet, but I loved the melted chocolate texture!
People I shared them with, all loved the muffin.
I used cheaper prices choc chips, from B&m for 59p, as I could only find the Dr otoker ones in Asda and they were £1.65 for 1 hundred Gramms, and this recipe needs 3 hundred and 15 grams, so would be too expensive for me. Maybe the more expensive choc chips don't melt, I don't know.
