I’ve made this 5 times now and every time it’s a hit. My brother is hard to please and rare to give compliments. He said it was the best lasagne he ever tasted. High praise indeed! I make a bigger batch with 500g pork mince and 1kg beef mince. Simply because it suits the portion sizes at my supermarket. I then adjust other ingredients accordingly.
