I didn't like this at all. It seemed like 15 minute cooking time was too long, but I trusted the recipe and crossed my fingers that the marinade would tenderize it. No such luck. The meat was overly dry and tough, and the sauce only tasted of vinegar--no depth of flavor. I won't make again.
