Kind of like an omelette with a ton of broccoli. Very cute, ate them as a kind of side to some plain chicken. Didn’t mess up the pan at all, i was expecting the cheese to make cleanup difficult, but no. Didn’t take a picture, but they looked very similar to the cover!
