Excellent! Really easy recipe. Used about 1.5 tablespoons dark soy sauce instead of regular, and added a teaspoon of grated ginger in the glaze. Paired with dry roasted cauliflower tossed with olive oil, garlic salt, and powdered ginger, plus a quinoa brown rice blend.
