I modified this recipe a little to bring to a potluck dinner party. For 8 servings I used 1 fennel bulb and the white part of 1 leek. I used 2 Tbs of fresh ginger. I added a little powdered garlic and fenugreek and I also added 2 Tbs of split red lentils and let it simmer a little longer to cook them. About 15-20 minutes.
