This was delicious. I cut the recipe in half. Per reviews I lessened the salt and pepper quantities in both the soup and dumplings(next time I would up it). I added about 1/3 cup of peas and only 1 cup shredded chicken. I used a 1.5 tbs cookie scoop for the dumplings. They were perfectly done at around the 12 minute mark. Not sure why but the liquid really condensed down and we weren’t left with a ton, so will need to try and remedy that for next time. Will definitely make this again.
