So, my review will not really accurately reflect the recipe (I miscalculated how much tamari sauce I had on hand) but since my family loved it a lot, I'll rate this anyways. For the sauce I used a mixture of tamari sauce, soy sauce and a tiny bit of Worcestershire with the rest of the ingredients. The stir fry has a nice savory flavor
