Quick and tasty! I forgot to take pictures of my husband's tacos; I turned it into a salad for myself (I used lime juice and olive oil for my greens). I also used olive oil instead of mayonnaise (we rarely use mayo). I also just pan fried the shrimp in a nonstick frying pan with no additional oil on medium heat; cooked on one side then flipped when the bottoms were pink. Adding to the rotation for a fast lunch or dinner.
