Delicious. Accidently forgot the parsley, so had to do without. Added brown sugar to the dry rub, as ine review said they used brown sugar instead of honey. Now I realize I should have e put it in the sauce. The sauce did not reduce down quickly, so I made a rue with a little chicken stock and flour to get it to thicken quickly. Will make again.
