These were a pain to make because all of the ingredients were sticky and it was deceiving because I thought it would be easy as there isn't really any cooking, but there is a lot of prep involved. Didn't enjoy the whole process. Also think I over stuffed them, making it somewhat hard to eat. But my partner really liked them and did not share my aversion to the process of making them, so would maybe make again. Used tofu in place of shrimp and dried mint as the store was out of the fresh stuff.
