Very, very good. The chicken paired very well with the mustard sauce. Which I did thicken it with a little bit of a cornstarch slurry. The brussel sprouts came out perfect! I started on these while the chicken baked. Once I got the chicken out, I turned off the burner for the brussel sprouts and started on the sauce while I put the chicken in a heat safe plate and stuck back in the oven to keep warm. The sauce was quick to make, and I think I'll use for like a sandwich condiment. Everything was delish.
