Soak my walnuts for 30 mins in room temp spring water
Put them thru a food processor along with 2tb sp of chilli oil.
I used about 2 cups of walnuts.
After cooked them on stove top for about 10-15 mins along with spices listed on recipe.
Prepared my egg roll wrap with walnut mixture, vegan cheese, red onion, and dill relish and fried them up.
