Very tasty and not too hard to make! I used a rice cooker - popped the rice in at the beginning of the prep time and it was ready at the same time as the veggies! I'm not a huge fan of cauliflower, but I like it in this recipe. This would definitely be good with some pan fried chicken, too.
A note: I am a spice wimp and I think this is a LITTLE on the spicy side. I found having a glass of milk with it was nice. I'm sure if you're used to eating spicy food at all you would find it quite mild.
