I made mine into a bibimbap type of bowl by adding the carrots, egg, and gochujang. I followed the recipe at first (beware the fish sauce smell🤣) but I couldn't find bird's eye chili, so I had to use quite a bit of sriracha and gochujang to spice it up. Then I added a bit of soy sauce because the sweetness is just really in your face. It turned out great, honestly. Just make sure you taste your food and season to your preferences
