I would say I made the recipe but honestly I did my own thing for the most part and used it as a guideline.
I cooked quinoa with bolian and olive oil. Sautéed garlic, onions, diced tomatoes and added paprika, salt, pepper, rosemary, basil. Stirred in quinoa and topped with feta and motz, then added the broth to the bottom of the dish, covered and cooked for 50 mins on 350
