Okay,so I made it the second time today with some very much needed changes. I added a whole lot more spices, chilli and curry paste into the curry sauce. Then I heated up some coconut oil and fried up some more curry paste, tomato paste, paprika, smoked paprika, chilli flaked and more garlic before adding the veggies (green beans, carrots, green onions and some more banana), let that sit for a few minutes, added about a tablespoon of lime juice and then added the curry sauce and let that cook for about 10 minutes. I added some coconut flakes and peanuts as toppings, then it was very delicious, but without all of this it's just... Bland and sweet.
