This was unbelievably great! I didn’t really use all of the requested chili peppers (dried), however, I grabbed whatever dried were in the Safeway and added some other dried peppers in the blender - it truly gives it the punch factor flavor. This dish takes about 2 hours to make - but is a huge hit!
