I have another butter-soy sauce-mushroom recipe I love but this is the first time I tried something similar with pasta! I only had half the amount of mushrooms (4oz shiitake) and it was still great. It doesn’t look like there’s much sauce but it is so flavorful from the umami bomb of mushroom, butter, and soy sauce. The parsley is super key for freshness at the end. Love it and will go into rotation!
