I'm teaching my son to use the Instant Pot before he heads of to graduate school. This is my favorite risotto recipe as it can be used as a simple base for almost any kind of risotto. And watching my 22 year old make it proves how easy it is!! He loved it!

Haha. Yes. He uses it quite a bit...a good solution for someone on a budget.
