A great versatile, yet basic oatmeal recipe! You can add any toppings to your liking to really kick it up a notch. I mashed the banana before cooking this, since I wanted it well incorporated. I added 2 tablespoons of cane sugar (since I like my oatmeal a bit sweeter), sliced almonds and cacao nibs on top - both of which are complimentary to the yummy peanut butter and banana flavors. This makes a good amount, about 2 servings so had more then enough for me and my toddler in the morning. Kid-friendly for sure!
