My dough was slightly wetter and but harder to handle the next day but my focaccia turned out great regardless! Definite crowd pleaser and making it again already :)

I’m glad it still baked up okay! All bread flour absorbs water so differently - you can definitely hold a little back next time to make handling easier :)
