This was a little too zesty for my and my family’s liking. I ended up doctoring it up throughout the process of taste testing…added can of diced tomato; added 2 cups of water. Turned out okay but still too many seasonings for our taste. Next time I will cut oregano in half and a little less of smoked paprika. It was just a little scratchy on the throat. It has a good underlying taste and I think our dislikes are just personal preference so still will use this as a base recipe again but will tweak the seasonings. I also used Swiss chard in place of kale.
