This is absolutely delicious. A complex flavor profile, with a bit of heat, crunch, it has it all. Prep does take longer than the recipe says, but it’s worth it! If you can find Thai Basil, definitely use that over regular basil. It has a scent of licorice, but that licorice flavor isn’t overpowering in taste, it really adds to the symphony of flavor.
