I had to make 2x the coating sauce. Possibly bc I had more cauliflower than a medium sized one. Also I won't air fry next time. I'll follow the instructions and bake it. Still tasty, just crispier on the outside than I'd prefer.
If you don't want to use hot sauce for the coating sauce you can sub for apple cider vinegar with a pinch of paprika. I made this for my children so I didn't want it to be spicy.
