These were good but I think they needed more seasoning. I processed carrots and green peppers (the better to hide in the meat) and the peppers were still a little "potent" so I think I should have cooked them a little longer. I subbed tomato paste for in the meat and used ketchup on top. Also used gluten free breadcrumbs. These held together well. Served with baked potatoes and asparagus.
