Really great recipe! Very rich and tasty.
I ended up using 6 full graham crackers and 3T of butter for the crust - still baked 10min.
Also, I used an unsweetened matcha powder, it's pretty good if you love matcha and works as a great counterbalance to the sweetness of the strawberry, but definitely try out a sweetened or mixed/half sweet powder if you feel like it.
I did a little extra decorating on the sides and still had enough icing to decorate a second cheesecake!
