I had never heard of Panzanella Salad until this popped up on my feed. Soooo good!
The only things I did differently were:
-I use a take-and-bake french baguette because the store was out of ciabatta
-I added some fresh parsley because my plant needed some serious pruning and I didn’t want to waste the leaves.
I can’t wait to make this in the summer when my plant will be producing tomatoes. If this is good with under-ripe store bought tomatoes, I can only imagine how tasty it will be when they are fresh off the vine!
