I used PlantFusion Complete Organic Rich Chocolate Protein Powder. I substituted 2 tablespoons of date sugar for the coconut sugar and I also substituted 1/2 cup chickpea flour for the 3/4 cup of almond flour (since date sugar has fiber, I lessened the amount of flour). I used cacao nibs instead of chocolate chips. My husband and kids just ate 6 of the 12 muffins in one sitting! And they are healthy :)
