Amazing! Made a couple changes. Didn’t peel the apples, used more apples then the recipe called for and doubled the shortbread.
Was a huge hit! Made it 4 times in one week and that was doubling it twice. Love how ridiculously easy it is to make.
Side note don’t try to double making the caramel sauce. I did and it ended tasting burnt and bitter.
